Welcome to the Pinetop Community Association (PCA) website!
 
Our "Good Neighbor Community" since 1971. The Pinetop Community Association (PCA), where we live good neighbor to good neighbor, in a unique alpine environment. We're here to provide you with information about your Association that we hope will be useful to you — our members.
 
All members have been pre-Registered.   The email address which you have provided to us is your username. In the event you are unable to Login, have questions or need some help contact the webmaster by using the "Contact Us" selection on the left.
 
Members must use the Logon selection to get access to the Member portion of the site. If you are a new owner in the Association use the "Contact Us" selection to expedite access.
PCA is in the Lakeside Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest(ASNF).

~ About Pinetop Fire District (PFD) 2017 Fuel Reduction Grant ~
PFD Logo
Property Assessments are underway and trees are being marked for removal as the field work funded by the Pinetop Fire District (PFD) Fuels Reduction Grant gets underway. Property owners work with the PFD assessor recommendations and make the final choice regarding which trees will be removed. PFD get competitive bids and selects contractor, pays contractor for work and bill property owner for their 10% share of cost.

PayPal has been replaced by a PAY ONLINE system called PayLease. 
PCA is going to pay the fees.  This is a change.
Members wishing to pay ONLINE will find the PayLease PAY ONLINE logon in the Navigation pane on the left side of the webpage.
 
PayLease has options: an e-check, VISA, Mastercard or Discover card. American Express is not accepted.

White Mountain Fire Restrictions Working Group to Lift Fire Restrictions

As of 1500 hours today, July 16,2018, all Fire Restrictions in the unincorporated areas of Apache County, Navajo County (as well as Cities of Winslow, Show Low and Town of Pinetop-Lakeside) and the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest will be rescinded. Arizona State Trust Lands will be rescinded tomorrow at 0800 hours.

Get Emergency Notifications on your phone - If  you live in Navajo County, and have not done so, please sign up with Ready Navajo County. The site is www.navajocountyaz.gov. Click on the quick link Ready Navajo County. If you have signed up as a resident, you will be notified by either text, email, or landline of emergencies in your area.

In late June 2017 the PCA BoD contracted with Frank M. Smith & Associates to manage our Association.
